Leadership and Experience

The company is led by three highly experienced professionals who bring decades of specialized expertise. Willem-Joost de Vries, Senior Architect, graduated from TU Delft in 1987 and gained international experience in London before establishing his practice in Amsterdam. He later joined T+T Design as partner, where for 14 years he led concept design for Multi Development projects across 22 countries.

Frank van Dongen, General Manager, brings extensive real estate development experience from his 15-year tenure at Multi Development. His project portfolio includes prestigious developments like De Bijenkorf Department Store in Enschede and Entre Deux in Maastricht. His international experience includes four years as associate commercial director in Paris, overseeing retail schemes like La Vache Noire in Arcueil.

Dies Verburg, Senior Architect, contributed 25 years to T+T Design, becoming partner in 2004. His impressive portfolio spans Europe and includes notable projects such as KPN headquarters in The Hague, ZON (NOS) headquarters, and multiple Forum projects in Portugal and Turkey.

Company Evolution and Independence

TconcepT was established in 2014 when the T+T Design team launched their independent concept design company. This transition allowed the team to maintain their collaborative working relationships while gaining the flexibility to serve a broader client base beyond their previous parent company, Multi Development.
